Kaichigram offers various subscription plans that may be available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or promotional basis. Once a subscription is activated, access to premium content and platform features will continue until the end of the selected plan period.

Subscribers may choose to discontinue future renewals at any time. However, cancellation of future renewals does not terminate or shorten the active subscription period already purchased.

Kaichigram reserves the right to revise subscription fees, plan benefits, or service offerings from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and renewals and will not affect an already active subscription period.

For plans enrolled in automatic renewal, the subscription fee may be charged automatically on the scheduled renewal date using the payment method provided by the user.

Users may disable auto-renewal before the next billing cycle through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Once disabled, no future recurring payments will be processed.

The cancellation of auto-renewal does not entitle the user to a refund of the current subscription period.

Due to the nature of digital streaming services, all subscription purchases made on Kaichigram OTT are considered final after activation.

Refunds, credits, or reimbursements will generally not be granted for:

• Unused subscription periods
• Partial viewing of content
• Accidental subscriptions or purchases
• User preference changes after activation
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Device compatibility issues
• Internet connectivity or network-related problems
• Temporary service interruptions beyond Kaichigram's reasonable control

By subscribing to Kaichigram OTT, users expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Kaichigram may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to its services without compensation if a user engages in activities that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful to the platform, or otherwise violate Kaichigram's Terms of Use.

To ensure transparency in billing, Kaichigram may send alerts, reminders, emails, SMS messages, or in-app notifications regarding upcoming renewals, successful payments, subscription expirations, or account-related updates.

From time to time, Kaichigram may introduce special offers, discounts, referral programs, free trials, or promotional campaigns.

Such promotions:

• May be available only for a limited duration.
• May be restricted to selected users or regions.
• Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• May not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• May be withdrawn or modified at Kaichigram's discretion.

Any attempt to misuse promotional benefits may result in cancellation of the offer and suspension of the associated account.

Kaichigram may revise this Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes. The latest version will always be available on the platform and shall become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of Kaichigram OTT after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
